- Joint mobility
- Reducing stress and anxiety
- Creating a deeper spiritual awareness
And each week I will also answer any questions or special requests that you submit to me.
Each class is broken down into sections that are downloadable so you can create you own personal video playlist of your favorite exercises and practices.

Your Instructor
Jose Johnson is the founder of the Personal Mastery and Growth Academy. Jose has practiced various methods of Chinese martial arts, energy arts and mindfulness practices for over 30 years. Jose combines his skills as a Tai Chi and Qigong master with a keen understanding of psychology, neuroscience, philosophy and spirituality, allowing him to bridge the gap between the ancient and the modern in an easy to understand way.
