According to legend, the Yi Jin Jing, or Muscle Tendon Changing Classic, is one of the two methods developed by Bohdidrahma (AKA Da Mo) for the monks at the fabled Shaolin Temple to increase their physical strength and vitality.
Comprised of three seperate sections, this classic qigong method is useful to modern day practitioners who are interested in developing and maintaining strength and flexibilty.
Your Instructor
Master Jose Johnson is the founder of Integrated Wellness Consultants, Inc. and owner and Chief Instructor at Jose Johnson's Chinese Martial Arts & Wellness Center. Jose holds the rank of 8th Degree Black Belt, is a two-time national champion and is internationally recognized as a master level teacher of Chinese martial arts (wushu) specializing in the internal arts of Tai Chi, Xingyi and Bagua. Jose is also a certified instructor of Medical Qigong. He has studied with many of the worlds top authorities in martial and healing arts.
